Our modern grazing tables are designed to be the centrepiece of your event. Each display includes artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fruits, antipasti, crackers, breads, dips and fresh garnish styling, arranged on-site to create a full and abundant finish.

Pricing is based on table size (square metre coverage). Larger tables offer a lower cost per guest.

Grazing Table Sizes & Pricing

0.5m² Grazing Board – £150

Serves 10–15 guests (Approx. £15 per person)

Perfect for smaller gatherings and intimate celebrations.

Board is provided and collected after the event.

1m² Grazing Table – £360

Serves 20–30 guests (Approx. £12–£14 per person)

Ideal for birthdays, baby showers and smaller corporate events.

2m² Grazing Table – £700

Serves 40–60 guests (Approx. £11–£12.50 per person)

A generous, impactful display suitable for larger parties and engagement celebrations.

4.5m² Grazing Table (3m x 1.5m) – £1,350

Serves 90–120 guests (Approx. £11–£12 per person)

A full statement table designed for weddings and large-scale events.

Delivery

Free within 10 miles.

Travel outside 10 miles charged at £1 per mile.

Booking Information

Minimum booking: 0.5m² table

If the booking needs to be cancelled please note 30% is non-refundable  your date

For bespoke events or custom sizing, please contact Barnet Charcuterie directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than 14 days before the event – 70% of your payment will be refunded
  • 7–14 days before the event – 50% of your payment will be refunded 
  • Less than 7 days before the event – non-refundable

The 30% retained covers administration, preparation time, and the loss of other bookings for that date.

Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability.
